In the restaurant business for almost 30 years , chef /owner Bill Katotakis brings his flavour of Greece for you. He mixes old with new and brings back the comfort of an authentic Greek kitchen to Theas.

Coming from an influential lineage of Vancouver Restauranteers, mother was a chef at Orestes on Broadway and father owning first Greek takeout in English Bay, he brings their experience and influence with his own personal touch.
